Seth moved to Dubai in 2019 with no roadmap, no network, and the same endless stream of conflicting advice that most newcomers face. He learned the city the hard way: navigating visa processes, account rejections, rental mistakes, and the countless challenges that rarely make it into the glossy relocation guides. Through experience, trial, and more than a few setbacks, he discovered what actually works. That journey became the foundation of Decoded. His perspective ensures every guide is built from real experience, not theory; providing the honest, practical playbook he wishes someone had handed him on day one.
Samer
Born and raised in Dubai, Samer has witnessed the city's transformation from the inside out. Having spent his entire life here, he understands the realities of Dubai beyond the skyline and headlines: the neighbourhoods, the culture, the opportunities, and the details that shape everyday life. His insight comes from lived experience. He knows how the city truly works, how people navigate it, and the local context that no relocation guide or online article can fully teach.
