Decoded provides city intelligence products including digital ebooks (PDF downloads) and private advisory consultations. All products are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your payment details are never stored by Decoded.
Ebooks: Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on ebook purchases once the download link has been delivered. If you have a technical issue accessing your ebook, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Consultations: If you cancel a booked consultation with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
All Decoded content — including ebooks, website copy, and consultation materials — is the intellectual property of Decoded. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
Our guides and consultations provide general information and independent opinion based on personal experience. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. You should always consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decoded's liability for any claim arising from use of our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
